Method of payment for supervision fees
Fees for supervising the maintenance of certification conditions: amounts, deadlines, payment accounts and liability for non-payment.
Legal basis
In accordance with Art. 10 para. (2) of the Air Code No. 301/2017, for the implementation of Art. 8 para. (7) and para. (9), and in accordance with Government Decision No. 1/2013 on the approval of the amount of supervision fees for maintaining certification conditions, the following payment method is established.
1. Types of supervision fees and their amounts

| Aerodromes code 3 and code 4 | 1.25 euro / passenger on departure and arrival |

2. Payment deadline and method

Attention
Failure to pay within 60 calendar days of the due date constitutes grounds for suspension of the certificate issued by the competent authority. The suspension remains in force until the debt is paid in full.
