The Flight Operations Department coordinates and controls all types of air operations, including commercial and private flights. It collaborates with airlines, air traffic control services and other stakeholders to ensure the safe and efficient use of airspace.

The department monitors compliance with all necessary safety standards and ensures the uninterrupted operation of air traffic. Its responsibilities include the preparation, approval and monitoring of flight plans and routes, as well as responding promptly to changes in air traffic.
