Method of payment for supervision fees
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 10 para. (2) of the Air Code no. 301/2017, for the implementation of the provisions of Art. 8 para. (7) and para. (9), as well as in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 1/2013 regarding the approval of the amount of supervision fees for maintaining certification conditions, the following payment method is established:
1. Types of supervision fees
Supervision fees include:
- for maintaining the certification conditions of air navigation services
- for maintaining the certification conditions of aerodromes code 3 and code 4
- for maintaining the certification conditions of air operators operating outside the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
2. The amount of fees is established as follows:
- for air navigation services – 1 euro/ton MTOW for each takeoff/landing;
- for aerodromes (code 3 and code 4) – 1.25 euro/passenger (on departure and arrival);
- for air operators – 1 euro/ton MTOW for each takeoff.
3. Payment deadline and method
Supervision fees:
- are transferred monthly;
- the deadline is the 25th of the month immediately following the reporting period;
- are paid into the state budget to the following IBAN code:

4. Liability for non-payment
- Incomplete or delayed transfer of payments results in the application of a penalty of 0.05% of the untransferred amount for each day of delay;
- Penalties are paid into the state budget to the IBAN code:
MD30TRPAAA142391A16341AA - Failure to pay within 60 calendar days from the due date constitutes grounds for:
- suspension of the certificate issued by the competent authority,
- the suspension remaining valid until the full payment of the debt.
